At Pridola Design, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-condition decor items. If your purchase isn't quite the right fit for your space, we are here to help facilitate a smooth exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
